The service in the restaurant was really top-notch. I have celiac disease and my food had to be adjusted, the staff always took care of it, they never had a problem with anything, not even in the kitchen. In the Czech Republic, we are not used to such service in food with various restrictions (gluten). So in this case, we are very satisfied. At night (11 p.m.) it was a bit noisy one night (loud music).

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great masseur. Cleopatra's bath is impeccable. I highly recommend it. Even though the hotel was full, we were not disturbed by any noise from outside in the room. Perfect place to relax. Great. It could just be open until 10:00 PM

We are excited. Welcome at the reception and a perfect explanation of everything that awaits us and how to proceed. We were there earlier, not so intentionally, but that after arrival we would have lunch, a walk, etc. However, the receptionist told us at lunch that our room was already ready. I don't want it to sound like an instruction, go earlier. Check-in is from 3 pm. However, we were already swimming in the pool at 2 pm. The water was great, although I don't think it was 30 degrees, as stated, but it didn't matter. The air was warm, so the water was refreshing. I would appreciate a drinking water machine in the pool, but you can leave, drink, come back at any time. The water in the jacuzzi was very hot, so great? As for the first lunch and the food overall - absolute luxury. Stuffed dumplings and red cabbage. The price is not exactly small, about 300 CZK, but what about a vacation? Yes, dumplings, just one, but it was very difficult to finish. I already suspected that dinner would be similar. And it was. For all new arrivals, there is always sirloin, but what a luxury again. There is a choice for the next dinner. Breakfast is buffet style, so everyone can choose. Again excellent. Rooms are cozy, clean. I highlight the TV connection to the internet, so if you have a Netflix account, you can watch in the evening. And drink local beer, from their own microbrewery, which is great. I have two PET bottles at home? I could write even more, but it was just like that. Super, amazing, perfect. Thank you, we will definitely be very happy to come back.
