We really enjoyed your stay and took a break from the Christmas rush. We had a few reservations (listed below), just as information, where you can still improve, but otherwise we really liked it and we would be happy to come back to you again. It's a shame that you have to go from the pool to the wellness through the reception. It would have been better with a pass-through door. You've had it the same for years You salt the main dishes too much, cut back on the salt. The morning scrambled eggs on December 26th were also inedible, they were oversalted. Pasta carbonara - terrible! They were noodles in soup, covered in cream - completely tasteless, and maybe with 4 pieces of ham. The chef should work on this dish from scratch. On the contrary, the soups were very good and the cheesecakes also surprised me very much. Dust on the room door (we threw a towel over the door and it was covered in dust). In the restaurant and dining room, crumbs and remnants of dried drinks on the decorative placemats. One chair in the dining room was completely broken, it was only holding on "by a hair" with willpower - I pointed it out to the waiter, he said he knew about it and would replace it, but the next day it was still there - so I'm curious who will break it when they sit down :-( For a Christmas stay - I was expecting some social entertainment or a surprise for the children. After dinner, some attention in the form of a bun or ice cream. Just something extra, since you pay so much extra for a Christmas stay compared to classic stays

The stay was fine, but there was a bit too little staff. If it weren't for Mr. Pavel, I think the service there would collapse.

Hello, we have been to your hotel for the fourth time. Each time we have been satisfied with both the service and the food. Always very caring and helpful staff. The only thing that can be criticized is the poor programming of the television (only three national channels).

We were very satisfied with Hotel Pod Kyčmolem, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. We can only recommend a stay here.

Nice and clean accommodation. Pleasant wellness and sauna. Excellent cuisine. Great and helpful reception.
