Great location, helpful staff, very friendly hotel

This was our second time at the hotel and certainly not the last. We were extremely satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, the water in the pool was beautifully warm, there were three different sauna facilities and other wellness facilities to choose from, and everything was clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and unwind and isn't looking for large, impersonal complexes.

We enjoyed our vacation in the Beskydy Mountains, where I was with my three hiking friends from Chomutov (Ústí nad Labem Region) from Sunday 10th to Sunday 17th August 2025! The weather was perfect, not a cloud in the sky. We were also on Lysá hora, Pustevny, the Valaška trail (through the treetops), Radhoště, the Easternmost point in the Czech Republic, the Kozubová lookout tower, or the Velká Čantoryje and Velký Sošov lookouts, or from Velké Karlovice, where we drove by car, to the Miloňová and Čarták (Súkenická) lookouts. The internet connection via Wi-Fi worked without any problems. We had a great swim in the pool after dinner in the evening! There was a choice of classic Czech dishes. Our dinner during the week from 10th to 16th August 2025, when we spent our vacation here at this time, tasted great! None of the 3 friends who were here with me had any complaints. The chefs deserve praise for that! I can commend the cleaning service for how they take care of the order! It was obvious.
