Monday — Sunday09:00 — 21:00

We like warmth. We are probably in the mountains, where it is really cold outside. We highly recommend trying out our saunas, where you will warm up thoroughly.

You can choose from a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a bio sauna. You can use all of them, but feel free to choose just one that you feel good in.

The premises are also open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What you can look forward to

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is heated to 60–110 °C. It strengthens immunity, has a preventive effect against flu and colds, is beneficial for chronic respiratory catarrh and relaxes the musculoskeletal system.

A stay in the Finnish sauna will be appreciated by people suffering from osteoarthritis, degenerative joint diseases and blood pressure disorders (hypotension). Women happily welcome its positive effect on weight loss, skin condition, blood circulation in the body and its detoxification.

We do not recommend a visit to people suffering from increased sensitivity to hot environments, with fungal diseases, with open skin lesions and unhealed wounds.

Steam herbal sauna

If you like to warm up at lower temperatures, choose a steam herbal sauna. The temperature is set to a very pleasant 40–50 °C.

The steam sauna relaxes the respiratory tract, relieves overall fatigue and regenerates overworked muscles. It has a beneficial effect on joints, relieves rheumatic problems and positively affects the body's blood circulation, its detoxification and skin condition.

We do not recommend a visit to people suffering from increased hypersensitivity to hot environments, with fungal diseases, with open skin injuries and unhealed wounds.

Bio sauna

If you are looking for a combination of a Finnish and steam sauna, try a bio sauna. It is heated to 60 °C and maintains air humidity at 60%.

Air humidification prevents unpleasant burning sensations when breathing. The biosauna is also enjoyed by cardiologists and people seeking support for the treatment of upper respiratory tract diseases.

We do not recommend a visit to people suffering from increased hypersensitivity to hot environments, with fungal diseases, with open skin lesions and unhealed wounds.

Relaxation zone

After the sauna, we recommend staying for at least 30 minutes in the relaxation zone, where wooden loungers and benches with head support are prepared for you, for the right post-sauna breather.

Thanks to relaxation, you will let the release of harmful substances out of the body subside and you will rest. Right next to the relaxation zone is a fountain with drinking water. Relaxation is accompanied by relaxing music.

Kneipp path

Try walking on pebbles in cold and warm water. Alternating between warm and cold water relaxes ankles, leg joints and relieves headaches. It has a positive effect on blood circulation in the limbs, blood circulation in the peripheral parts of the body and is ideal for hardening.

We recommend alternating between cold and warm water in 30-second intervals for 5 minutes.
