Velký Polom (1067 m above sea level): Velký Polom is a significant peak on the border between the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is the easternmost Czech thousand-meter peak and the highest peak in the Slovak part of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. On its northern side lies the Velký Polom nature reserve, which protects rare forest ecosystems. The Velký Polom massif continues eastward, where the peaks of Kostelka (952 m) and Skalka (932 m) rise.

Malý Polom (1060 m above sea level): Malý Polom is a forested peak located on the border ridge between the Czech Republic and Slovakia. South below the peak is the nature reserve of the same name, which protects fir-beech forests with an admixture of spruce. This area is rich in rare and protected plants.
