About the lookout tower

The lookout tower on Čantoryje was inaugurated in 2002 and has been welcoming thousands of visitors every year since then. This iron structure, 29 meters high, is located on a border mountain at an altitude of 995 meters above sea level. Access to it is easy and convenient thanks to hiking trails leading from the village of Nýdek or by cable car from the Polish town of Ustroń. The climb to the top of the lookout tower, which requires climbing 118 steps, will reward you with magnificent panoramic views of the Beskydy peaks and far beyond.
